Things to not forget :
1-add timezone for experts , first name ..etc when experts apply  (add them from userInfo)
3-After disconect from socket when appointments is completed (after days form appointment , (only chat))
 we need to clear room users  ..etc  
 4-when toggle camera to false or leave the meeting should stop the camera and audio connection
